Each year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide and nearly 1 million of them die before their first birthday. For 80 years, March of Dimes has been leading the fight for the health of all moms and babies and believes that every baby deserves the best possible start. Unfortunately, not all babies get one. Equipped with the tools, technology and knowledge needed to build a brighter future, March of Dimes is more committed than ever to guiding moms through every stage of the pregnancy journey. March of Dimes has helped millions of babies survive and thrive by advocating for policies that prioritize their health, supporting radical improvements to the care they receive, and pioneering research to find solutions to the biggest health threats to moms and babies, such as birth defects, infant death and premature birth.
Since 2003, March of Dimes has dedicated the month of November to Prematurity Awareness, a cause that is near and dear to KicKee Pants.
