Casey Baynes, a longtime philanthropist who worked with several children’s charitable organizations, created the Casey Cares Foundation in 2000 with a handful of families. At Casey Cares, they know how difficult life can be for families with critically ill children. They help keep families' spirits high by arranging programming — whether it's a simple movie night and a fresh pair of pajamas or attending a major sporting event. Casey Cares makes life a lot better by adding a personal touch throughout the year and making lasting memories for families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and portions of the Midwest.
When a very sweet mother reached out to us to ask us to donate our incredibly comfortable KicKee PJs for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop’s fundraiser to benefit Casey Cares, we sent them PJs galore and even a little more. To show Casey Cares how much KicKee cares, we donated 500 PJs and 30 coveralls – hopefully all their little ones are peacefully snuggled up!
