Project Night Night

Helping homeless children have sweeter dreams.

Founded in 2005, Project Night Night is an award-winning San Francisco Bay Area-based nonprofit organization that equips children ages 0-12 living in homeless and low-income situations with the essentials they need to be ready to learn, to feel less stressed, and to be reminded of their value.

Project Night Night donates over 35,000 packages each year to homeless children in need of childhood essentials. Each Night Night Package contains a new security blanket to cuddle up in, an age-appropriate children’s book to encourage literacy and family bonding, and a stuffed animal which can become a cherished friend — all nestled inside of a new canvas tote bag. While meeting the immediate needs of disadvantaged children, Project Night Night also sets a foundation for lasting change by providing meaningful, hands-on volunteer opportunities to hundreds of individuals and organizations each year.

KicKee Pants does not believe any child should be neglected, without a home or uncared for, so we supported Project Night Night's cause by donating a generous amount of KicKee's very own children's book, The Ordinary Sheep, the matching stuffed animal sheep, and several soft and cuddly swaddle blankets.

Fun fact: The founder of Project Night Night couldn't believe the resemblance between their new mascot sheep and KicKee's 'Ordinary Sheep'!
