Texas Foster Care and Adoption Services is a private non-profit child-placing agency licensed by the State of Texas. The organization was formed by like-minded individuals, dedicated to the mission of making a real difference in the lives of children in the State of Texas. Their goal is to support foster children and families, with a specific focus on keeping foster siblings together. Texas Foster Care works to ensure the needs of the child are met in a family-centered program that brings families of origin, foster caregivers, agencies within the community, and our program staff together. They provide quality foster care services for neglected and abused children and parents.
With the number of foster children increasing annually in Texas, Texas Foster Care is more in need than ever of finding loving, nurturing and healing families and homes for the abused and neglected children in the Austin Metro and San Antonio areas that they cover.
KicKee generously donated nearly 600 baby-soft and adorable items for Texas Foster Care’s three locations in El Paso, Austin and San Antonio, including training pants, loveys, bibs, swaddles, footies, layettes, coveralls, rompers, tops, bottoms, outerwear, PJs, hats, headbands and 40 original KicKee Press books with matching plush cozy companions!
