The Children’s Hospital at OU Medicine - Changing Seasons in Neonatology Conference

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Neoflight, and Physicians of the Section of Perinatal-Neonatal Medicine at OU Health Sciences Center developed the Changing Seasons in Neonatology Conference to provide an educational opportunity for those involved in neonatal care. The conference, held on November 9, 2018, was designed to enhance the knowledge, tools, and skills of those who care for newborn and preterm infants. Their overall goal was to provide comprehensive, up-to-date, state-of-the-art medical, nursing, and respiratory education focused on optimal care for neonatal patients.
The target audience included physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists and anyone involved in newborn care. They hosted roughly 150 participants and vendors and offered door prizes from various caring businesses, including KicKee Pants!
They were beyond appreciative to honor participants who dedicate their career to saving babies lives with graciously donated items from KicKee, including more than 200 lovable and huggable items, such as loveys, swaddles, robes, men’s shirts and polos, and women’s tops and bottoms!
