Midland Health has made several advancements towards providing an even higher level of care for children and infants in the Permian Basin. In 2017, two board-certified neonatologists started caring for their younger babies, and in 2020, their state-of-the-art Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) opened with 18 beds. A neonatologist is available 24/7 to provide care for more premature infants alongside their experienced staff. Their precious miracles get dedicated attention that includes lactation support, nursing care, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietician services and physical therapy.
We love babies and we love helping out the little ones struggling their way into this world in the NICUs. When a Midland nurse reached out to us to see if we could help out with a donation of 18 items, we sent two of our favorite baby must-have essentials: an assortment of adorable and silky-soft sleepwear and swaddles!
