A Dog for Dean
Help Dean get the furry, faithful companion he needs!
Dean is an incredibly sweet, loving, smart and special three-year-old boy from Oklahoma who was diagnosed with Autism at two years old. He is non verbal, greatly developmentally delayed and suffers from severe expressive and receptive language disorder, as well as sensory processing disorder. Prone to social isolation and high-risk behavior as a result of no understanding of action and consequence, Dean is in desperate need of the help, security, and companionship of an expertly trained Autism service dog.
In addition to protecting Dean's physical safety, there are a vast number of other proven benefits an Autism service dog would provide for Dean, such as assistance with daily-life activities, overall stress reduction, improved independence and an undeniable emotional bond that can only be felt between a boy and his dog.
Fortunately, there is more than one way you can help Dean get his dog! Purchase plush items on kickeepants.com and Kickee will donate all proceeds to support Dean's potentially life-changing cause through January 30, 2018.
