Neighborhood Services Organization (NSO) is a 97 year-old nonprofit serving the at-risk and homeless of the Oklahoma City community. Their programs provide housing solutions and teach skills to transform lives. They offer the following services: Transitional housing; Permanent, Supportive Housing; Rental Assistance Programs; a Dental Clinic, and a WIC (Women, Infant and Children) Clinic. Last year, they touched the lives of over 72,000 individuals.
Their WIC Clinic is the largest in the state of Oklahoma with an approximate outreach of 2,000 women, infants and children each month. As part of a special luncheon they organized for breastfeeding mothers to celebrate WorldBreastfeedingWeek, KicKee graciously donated hundreds of loveable loveys, snuggly swaddles and KicKee’s books with matching plush toys to be given as door prizes or offered up in swag bags.
